About the Speaker

Caroline Gooden, M.S., Doctoral Candidate in Educational Psychology, is Associate Director of Early Childhood for the Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky. She is Co-Lead for Part C Exiting Data for the IDEA Data Quality Center, and Co-PI for KY Early Childhood Data System projects. She is a certified early childhood trainer, and provides training and coaching to local, national, and international programs on transition, early intervention, assessment, screening, inclusion, and psychology.
