Q1: As a child care owner, how does your center identify children for more in-depth assessment to determine if they qualify for specialized services? Please describe what a typical process looks like and who is involved in the process.  [transcript]

Veda Crandall is a wife of 17 years, a mother of an 8-year-old daughter and a business owner. She is the owner and operator of Priceless Childcare, Inc. in Raleigh, North Carolina. Mrs. Crandall believes that children are formed by the love and nurturing they are shown.
