About the Speaker

Ruth Gallucci has served as Rhode Island’s 619 Coordinator since 2011. She coordinates IDEA special education preschool initiatives relative to child outcomes, early childhood environments, transition from Early Intervention and developmental screening. Ruth has recently introduced the “Itinerant Early Childhood Special Education” service delivery model and created an infrastructure of supports to facilitate effective implementation of the model.
